    Thank you for choosing Dope Designs by Nannie! We look forward to working on your project, but first we need to inform you of our policies and procedures! To continue to offer you reasonable and competitive prices, we have amended our terms and conditions. In the past, we have offered flexibility in our policies. However, these policies have been revised to accommodate the changing times. We work well with our clients because our relationships are based on honesty and trust. It has been a pleasure to serve you in the past and we look forward to doing business with you in the future! Indeed we will continue to serve you to the best of our abilities. We regret any inconvenience the new policy may create. Thank you for your cooperation. If you have any questions regarding the policy amendments, please don’t hesitate to reach out! ​ By supplying images, text, or any other data to Dope Designs by Nannie, the customer grants Dope Designs by Nannie permission to use this material freely in the pursuit of the design. The customer agrees to fully indemnify and hold Dope Designs by Nannie free from harm in any and all claims resulting from the customer in not having obtained all the required copyright, and/or any other necessary permissions.
  • Payments
    Due to the customizations availabe on items, all payments must be made prior to the creation of your order. Dope Designs by Nannie reserves the right to delay processing and shipment due to unpaid fees. Payments are not refundable. There are no exchanges on items. All designs are sized based on unisex shirts unless specificed differently please order accordingly.
  • Processing Time
    This agreement assumes work will be completed within the work week (Tuesday -Saturday, 12pm to 8pm). Dope Designs by Nannie is closed on all major holidays and two weeks for the Christmas/New Year’s Holiday (December 20, 2018-January 3, 2019). Your order will be processed and shipped within 7-10 business days following receipt of payment. Bulk orders will be process and shipped within 10-15 business days. Tracking information will be provided via email. For order pickup, office location and time will be provided via email. Please keep in mind hoiliday season and peak seasiong, including but not limited to college homecoming season, will experience increased processing times.
  • Rush Fee
    A project is considered “rushed” if the project is requested to be returned within less than 5 business days. All rushed projects, will incur an additional rush charge. One to two items, $10 rush fee Two to Five items, $25 rush fee Five to Twenty Items, $45 rush fee Over 20 items is considered a bulk order and the rush fee will be 15% of the total order.
  • Custom Design Customer Responsibilities
    The client has full authority to provide and obtain ALL necessary information and approvals throughout this project. The client will provide accurate, complete, and timely information and materials to Dope Designs by Nannie and guarantees that they have all the necessary rights and ownership in such materials to permit to use them for the project. Client Approvals: The client will approve and proofread all final designs. Dope Designs by Nannie will make all efforts to ensure that no information is misrepresented. However, the client assumes all responsibility for content.
  • Acceptance of Terms and Condtions
    The placement of an order for design and/or any other services offered by Dope Designs by Nannie, by email, verbally or in writing, is deemed to be acceptance of these terms and conditions, which are freely available at www.dopedesignsbynannie.com.
